Three-night minimum is required on season and holidays. Two-night
deposit is required on all reservation and balance is due
upon arrival. Deposits must be received within seven days
of booking or the reservation will be cancelled.
Change in Reservations: Deposits are applied
to the total number of days in your reservation. Since space
is booked exactly for arrival and departure dates, you are
responsible for your room until the last day of your booking
unless the Inn is provided with 14 days advance notice of
any change in your arrival and/or departure date. There is
a fifty-dollar fee for cancellation. No refunds are given
for early departure.
Because of the variety of guest rooms at the inn, we prefer
